• LeadsGator.io provides market intelligence, business dataset, and related B2B data services. The exact scope of services will be defined in the agreement between LeadsGator.io and the client.

• Payment is required in full before the commencement of services.
• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes or fees.
• Payment methods include Stripe, credit card, and other methods shown at checkout.

• Any data products, tools, or scripts created by LeadsGator.io remain the intellectual property of LeadsGator.io unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• The client retains ownership of the data provided or obtained as per the project or purchase scope.

• The client must provide accurate and complete project or purchase requirements.
• The client is responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable laws or regulations related to the use of purchased data.

• LeadsGator.io is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data or profits.

• Downloading free samples in bulk, automating sample downloads, or attempting to extract significant portions of the database through repeated sample downloads is strictly prohibited.
• Free samples are provided only for evaluation purposes, and any misuse may result in account suspension, IP blocking, or legal action.

• We adhere to ethical data practices and comply with applicable laws. The client is responsible for ensuring the intended use of the data is lawful and compliant with all regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.

• LeadsGator.io will deliver services as per the agreed timeline and scope.
• Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or lack of client cooperation will not be the responsibility of LeadsGator.io.

• We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any data shared with us will be protected and used solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.

• LeadsGator.io reserves the right to terminate services if the client violates these terms or engages in unlawful activities.

• Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be governed by the laws of Surat, Gujarat, India. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably, failing which they will be subject to arbitration or mediation as agreed by both parties.

• LeadsGator.io reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page. Clients are encouraged to review these terms periodically.
