Our mission
Market intelligence before every decision
Before you build a list or enter a market, you can see how many imported businesses match an industry and a location, and which contact fields those records contain.
The counts are the records loaded for that market. A market that has not been imported is left blank instead of being filled with an estimate. imported countries currently account for — businesses before an industry is selected, across — categories.
A published market page is available when that category market has been marked for one. Other selections stay in the estimator, where you can still see the count, coverage, and price when a dataset matches.
Why it matters
- See the imported size of a market before spending time on outreach.
- Check email, phone, website, and social coverage for that market.
- Narrow from country to state or city where that place has been imported.
- Open a sample when the dataset includes one, before you purchase.
- Buy the dataset you select. The price is a one-time download when one is configured.
Data quality
What the numbers represent
The figures come from the datasets that have been imported. A field percentage is shown only when that count was stored.
Real business records
A market count is the number of imported business records for that industry and location. It is not a projection or a synthetic total.
Organised by industry and location
Records are stored by category and place, so you can move from imported countries down to a state or city that has been imported.
Contact field coverage
Phone, email, website, and social profiles each have their own count when the import stored them. Coverage uses the business total for that market as the denominator.
Updated with each import
A dataset can show the date its record was last updated. LeadsGator does not publish a separate refresh schedule.
Why the counts are shown this way
Built so you can check the market first
Every figure on the estimator is tied to the industry and location you select.
Imported counts
Business counts, and email or phone coverage, come from the matching dataset. Missing markets stay empty.
What a percentage means
A coverage percentage is the share of records in that market that include the field. Combined filters other than email plus phone are upper bounds. Email and phone together use the stored overlap.
Sample when one exists
A sample file opens when that dataset includes one. It is not added for markets that do not have a sample, and it is not the full paid file.
One dataset at a time
You purchase the market you select. The price shown is the one configured on that dataset, as a one-time download.
Who it is for
Built for teams that need a market count first
Sales, marketing, and research teams can see how large an imported market is before they act on it.
Sales teams
See how many businesses match a target industry and location, and how many of those records include a phone number or email.
Marketing agencies
Check the size of a client market and the contact fields inside it before recommending a list.
Market researchers
Compare business volume across the imported countries, states, and categories.
Business development
Look up a place and an industry, then contact the team if that market is not listed yet.
How it works
From market search to the file
Look up the market first. Open a sample or continue to checkout only when that dataset is configured for it.
Search your market
Select an industry and a location to see how many imported businesses match.
Review coverage
See email, phone, website, and social coverage for that market before you buy.
Sample and purchase
Open a sample when the dataset includes one, then purchase that file when a price and delivery file are configured.
How a market count is calculated
A count is the number of imported business records that match the industry and location you select. Coverage percentages use the fields stored on those records. The displayed count is not a claim that it includes every business operating in that market.
